Why I'd hand it to you
Small changes, repeated, add up. That is the whole idea, and Clear builds a practical system around it: make good habits obvious, attractive, easy and satisfying, and turn those around to break bad ones. The most useful idea is his focus on identity, deciding who you want to be and letting habits follow. It applies to work, health, faith practices and running a busy house. Honest take: the core ideas fit on an index card, and the book repeats them more than it needs to. If you've already read The Power of Habit, expect some overlap. Still, it is one of the most practical books on the subject.
